Our water aerobics program, directed, by Jackie Lockwood, offers over 25 cardiovascular conditioning classes each week.
  Our instructors are certified through AEA or USWFA. We also offer Arthritis Foundation Aquatic classes conducted by individuals certified by the Arthritis Foundation.

Our Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion. Good Life members are welcome to use the Memorial Athletic Club and the Aquatic Center Monday - Friday from 12:00 noon - 3:30 pm.

  Water Relaxation. Mind and Body class that conbines Ai Chi and Yoga concepts in the water.
  Muscle Works and Muscle Reps Class. We focus on strength, flexibility and balance. This improves overall movement and coordination. Reps uses the bars and plates.
  Functional Circuit Class. Focus on strength, flexibility and balance. Improves overall movement and coordination for day-to-day living. At MAC, Studio A.
  MAC Goodlife Cardio. A low-impact workout focusing on cardiovascular fitness. At MAC, Studio A.
  OsteoPilates. A more gentile form of Pilates that focuses on strength and flexibility of the core muscles necessary for balance and coordination. At MAC for Women.
  SilverSneakers®. Designed to enhance muscular strength, coordination and balance. At MAC, Studio B.
