MAC Aquatics Houston Tx Memorial Athlethic Club and Aquatic Center

Enjoy your special celebration at West Houston's finest Aquatic Center. Memorial Athletic Club and Aquatic Center is an ideal place for kids ages 6 and older to have their next pool party. Certified lifeguards and an adult aquatic supervisor will be present at your functions.

We've got several packages available and are also willing to personalize the packages for you. Parties are available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 8-9:30 pm. Either indoor pool or the outdoor pool is available.

• Pizzas and drinks provided. • Parents traditionally provide the birthday cake, but we can provide the cake for an additional fee. • Each package can be customized. • Additional swimmers - between packages - are $12.50 each.

Policies

Liability Waiver Each child will need to have a parent or guardian sign a MAC Guest Pass and Liability Waiver. General safety rules will be enforced. Lifeguard/Supervisor is in charge throughout the entire event. Each registered guest will receive a swim band for pool entry.

Payment Policy Full payment must be made two days before your event. The package amount can be billed to your credit card. A $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation. For your security the MACAC does not accept credit card information over the phone. You may come by the swim office during in person registration times or use our secure online payment option.

Reservation Policy Reservations can be made in person in our Aquatic Office during office hours or online beginning January 1, 2005. For more information, call the Aquatic Office 281.759.1748.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations received in writing 21 days prior to reserved date will receive a full refund. If the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reserved date, there will be a 50% refund. If the event is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the reserved date, there will be a 25% refund. If you decide to reschedule your party after the initial reservation there will be a $20 rescheduling fee. Please remember, we staff your party when you reserve it. When you change or cancel your initial reservation, we have displaced staff.
